The things every owner asks before they sign anything. If yours isn't here, just ask.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. The one exception is voluntary: commit to twelve months of the Partner care plan and your Launch Site build is free, that trade is the only place a term exists, and it's stated up front. SEO plans start with a three-month term, because rankings need ramp time, then go month-to-month.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do, from day one. Your domain is registered in your name, not ours, and the design, content and files are yours outright. If you ever leave, we hand everything over, no export fee, no held domain.
What happens if I cancel?
Give 30 days' notice and we transfer your site files, domain and email wherever you're going. No exit fee. If you cancel inside a free-build commitment, you pay the remaining months or the standard build price, whichever is less.
How long does a build take?
Starter Sites go live in about a week, Launch Sites in about two weeks, Business Sites in three to four, Store or Booking Sites in five to six. Those are working timelines rather than promises made to win the job, for comparison, a professional-quality DIY build costs the owner 20 to 60 hours across a month or more of weekends.
Couldn't I just use Wix or Squarespace?
You can, and for some businesses it's the right call. Price it honestly first: the advertised rate is a first-year teaser, and the real ongoing cost of a plan, a domain and one business mailbox runs $274 to $448 a year on every major platform, before the hours to build it and the hours each month to keep it current. Squarespace's cheapest plan also takes 2% of every sale. If you'd rather spend those hours running your business, that's the gap we fill.
What if I need something that isn't listed?
That's Enterprise. If the request is outside the published builds, care plans or SEO retainers, we estimate it in writing before anything starts. Same person on the phone.
